Farm Bios

The Brothers - The Larson boys, Taylor, Austin and Ben, were raised on the land they now farm. All three attended Pleasant Hill High School, moved off the farm for college and are back for good. The land was originally purchased by their grandparents, then their parents, and is now leased to My Brothers’ Farm. The Larson family has a deep love and respect for this special area of the Willamette Valley and feel that it is an honor to be able to take care of the unique ecosystems that exist on the farm.

John - John has deep roots in the Willamette Valley. He was born and raised here, and many of his extended family still reside in the valley. John is always scheming and when Taylor was a baby, he decided to try to see if the renters in the country (which is now the farm) would like to swap houses and live in the rental on Augusta Street in Eugene. They said YES and John moved his young family out to what is now known as My Brothers’ Farm. John and Debbie eventually purchased the rental from John’s father but never dreamed all three boys would be back to farm it. John worked as a financial advisor for many years and has since retired into farm life. He is always around to check on the boys, offer advice or a hand, and is our designated tractor driver.
