We raise our pigs on pasture and finish in the woods on a diet rich in hazelnuts, apples and acorns.
By purchasing a whole or half pig, you are buying a live animal. We can arrange to have your pig sent to a state licenced butcher where you’ll have the option to have it cut and wrapped to your liking.
We charge $4.50/lb hanging weight and butcher fees are around $1/lb. A full grown pig from our farm has a hanging weight of 160-220 lbs.
